PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Swiss bank client confidentiality is of particular importance to the Bank and to Switzerland’s position as a financial center. All Credit Suisse employees must have an understanding of the Swiss banking environment with respect to Swiss bank client confidentiality.

 

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA pays close attention to the appropriate handling of Swiss Client Identifying Data (CID) and to the adherence to the Swiss law.

 

Because the content (text & audio) for this course was locked-down, the challenge was gently reworking some screens to improve the flow of the content and increase the instructional values, while retaining the language and the message.

We were able to spread the content for the text-heavy topic “Swiss Bank Client Confidentiality” out over more screens, allowing more white-space around the content to make it easier to process. We also included a set of icons in the topic “How to Identify Swiss CID” to help the learners to identify each category of client identifying data.
