Corporate Valuation – An Overview

The ultimate purpose of any firm is the creation of wealth or value for its owners (shareholders). Value creation is the key to the well-being of every organization. Therefore, if firms are to achieve the ultimate goal of maximizing value, then understanding valuation is extremely important.
